Unpacking of 1More  E1026BT package 

1More's LOGO is very simple and so is its box. It is the traditional packaging style of 1More earphones. But the logo of the IF award printed in red which is very obvious in the lower left corner.






Inside the box , there are the earbuds,  charging box, data cable, silicone eartips, and instructions.

The earphones charging box looks like a rounded cobblestone with  1MORE logo.

The button of the charging box, the small dot above the button is the work indicator.

There is a 1MORE logo on the earphones cover.

1MORE earbuds teardown 



Unpack the earbuds charging box.


A small circuit board is fixed on the back with a screw and a magnet for assisting in fixing the charging of the earphone.

On the motherboard, wires are used to connect the motherboard to the battery.


On the back of the motherboard of the earbuds charging case,  there was double-sided adhesive to fix the battery on the back of the motherboard.


Built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery, model: 682723, rated capacity: 410mAh 1.558Wh, manufacturer: Chongqing Zijian Electronics Co., Ltd.


Tear off the label paper of the battery, VDL 682723.


The protection circuit board on the battery and NTC overcurrent protection.


Screen printing PL8M IC.


SS809 chip is an AD type MCU with integrated power management function.


The earphones are designed in an in-ear style, the earphone tube and the back cover are at an angle, and the earphones are with ear hooks.

Remove the silicone sleeve and eartips, we can see a tuning hole.


There is a metal strainer inside the earphone tube.

Inside the back cover of the earphones, the Bluetooth antenna is printed differently for left and right.




The earphones on both sides are similar in terms of materials, but the layout is slightly different.


In the earphone cover, the small charging pad of the earphone is fixed with glue, the wire is connected to the mainboard, and the moving coil driver is closed with insulating adhesive paper.


There are some shock absorbing materials around the driver. 


The mainboard and the battery are separated by a  frame.


Comparing the motherboard and battery size with 1yuan coin. 


This is a button-type lithium battery, wrapped in insulating paper on the side, fixed on the battery and soldered to the motherboard. The battery is manufactured by Chongqing Zijian Electronics Co., Ltd.


Earbuds built-in battery model LIR ZJ1254C 18D, 55mAh.


On the front of the motherboard, the microphone is protected by a silicone sleeve, next to the Bluetooth antenna contacts.


On the other side of the motherboard, there are multiple chips and jog buttons.

Remove the silicone sleeve and there is an LED light next to the microphone. 




It is a MEMS microphone with a laser engraving S2301 0870.




Screen printing M1112B IC.


Silkscreen 7420B U32M memory.


Qualcomm QCC3020 Bluetooth audio chip,  Bluetooth 5.0 and built-in 120 MHz Qualcomm® KalimbaTM DSP.
