How are the SNR and floor noise levels of the Hiby R6 pro-Aluminum Alloy version?
Hiby reduced the impedance of the Hiby R6 pro to deliver the terrific output power for 750mW+750mW(@32Ω), however, there will be a floor noise issue once it is paired with earphones with low impedance and high sensitivity at 4.4mm balance port. Hiby suggests pairing with earphones with higher impedance for 4.4mm port. If you insist to use the low impedance earphones, we suggest using one high impedance cable with 4.4mm jack in addition.
What's different with R6 pro SS version and R6 pro Aluminum alloy version?
R6 pro Aluminum alloy version weight: 215g
R6 pro SS version weight: 295g
All the other parameters between R6 pro two versions are all same.
NOTE: China is nearly back to normal from Corona virus, but the shipping leadtime still may be few days more than regular leadtime incl. Express which is deponds on the situation at your country usually. Thanks for your understanding.

Q: When will you ship out the cargoes after payment?

Q: I got a shipping confirmation and tracking number. Why don’t I have tracking information listed immediately?
A: Since shipping process involves multiple steps of coordination between internal and external parties, it doesn’t happen instantly. Usually tracking information will be listed on the next day of shipping confirm notification email/SMS.
Q: Why tracking information is not updated for a long time?
A: Usually it is on the way to your local country, pls be patient. If it is not updated a few days after arriving in your country, pls try to contact us or the carrier for additional information.

Hifigo offers 1 year warranty for Consumer Electronic products and so on. Should your product prove to be defective for non-artificial reasons within 1 year from the date of arrival, you can send the defective items back or unit for free repair. Hifigo will be in charge of the maintenance handling fees and replacement charges for defective components found to be defective due to manufacturer’s defect. (this free repair rule does not apply to motherboard & screen).
This warranty extends only to personal use & does not extend to any product that has been used for commercial use, rental use, or use which is not intended. There are no warranties other than expressly set forth herein. This warranty is not transferable.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO THE FOLLOWING
- Damage due to accident, dis-assemble, waterlogmisuse, abuse, alterations or vandalism.
- Improper or inadequate maintenance.
- Unauthorized modification or commercial use.

Returns or Exchange
Can I cancel an order?
Can I return the product that I don’t like and get refund?
Some items may be returned for either money back or exchange subject to the following conditions. Our policy is within 7days after receiving according to the tracking record. If 7 days after receiving have gone , unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Any item returned must be complete with all accessories, hardware, manuals or instructions, and in the same "new" condition as when it was when shipped to you. Please send us the photos or videos of it.
- Any item returned incomplete or with physical damage such as scratches etc., excessive signs of use or abuse will not be accepted for return.
- Any item returned will be evaluated upon receipt. Of course, we cannot give refunds on defective merchandise resulting from mishandling, misuse, tampering or improper use.
Can I exchange product I ordered?
- Products must in “Good Condition” with no damaged in any way.
- To exchange a product, the product must be available to purchase on Hifigo.com and its price must be higher or equal to the original order amount.
- The customer will have to pay the difference in price if s/he selects a product of a higher price.
- If you have purchased any items with any discount offered by a joint promotion or other promotional activities but the discount offer has expired at the time of the exchange, the discount shall not be taken into account.
