So I will be primarily using the hiby wired into a home audio system with its own preamp and amp. Compatible? I notice a base station is offered with internal fan, is that necessary? Do these units get excessively hot? Am I ok with the R6III with the CR06? Could I also just use a 4.4 cable with balanced ends into my preamp? When using the device out of wifi range how would I stream Qobuz? Say when hiking etc? (Do I link the hiby to my cell phone via Bluetooth and then stream) The units don't offer cell type reception?

How is the hiby going to compare sound wise to a desktop dac like the Gustard R26? Or how does the R6gen3 compare to the newer R6pro2. What are the main differences in desktop use? Also, does the screen adjust when the dap is placed in dock? By placing this DAP in a horizontal position in this docking station, does the screen also switch to horizontal mode and the screen is readable (adjusts to size?) in Tidal and the music file player? What are the disadvantages of such a docking station, e.g. noise in IEM when powered from an external power supply?

Both models have the same functions for desktop use.Used in conjunction with the base, the player will automatically turn horizontally when the auto-rotate is turned on. Whether the app automatically adapts to the screen depends on whether the app has a horizontal screen limit. If not, it can be horizontally screened.Everyone's evaluation of the product is different.
