1. Update from Bluetooth 4.2 to Bluetooth 5.0
BTR5 with Bluetooth 5.0 offers a more stable connection at twice speed and four times of range of Bluetooth 4.2. This increase in range, plus the ability to transmit audio to two devices, means that people could send audio to multiple rooms in a house, create a stereo effect in one space, or share audio between two sets of headphones.
2. Update battery capacity from 300mAh to 500mAh

3. Update DAC chip from AK4376A to Dual ES9218

Are the build in microphones isolated from the housing? That was the most annoying part on the ES100 for me while using the ambient mode on them. The use of ambient mode while listening to music is a great benefit at work. But the scratching noise of the housing is odd. Does the btr5 has similar function with mics?

Yes, the FiiO BTR5 can easily drive 300-ohm cans. For more volume, turn on the high gain mode.
How many sources can the BTR5 remember? I am still wishing for an easy switch between sources like the Apple Airpods can do

If your parcel were to be in transit for at least 3 months, it may have been lost in transit.

This warranty extends only to personal use & does not extend to any product that has been used for commercial use, rental use, or use that is not intended. There are no warranties other than expressly set forth herein.

How can I Request a Warranty replacement or repair?

Can I cancel an order?

Can I return the products that I don’t like and get a refund?
You may request to return an item in the condition it was received if you change your mind. Some items may be returned for either money back or exchange subject to the following conditions. We do not accept the return of CIEM products and custom cables. Defective products covered under warranty could be returned for servicing, but NOT for refund. If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing any parts, or is damaged during return shipping because it wasn't packaged correctly, we might provide a partial refund to account for the loss in the item's value.
