As mentioned earlier, Unique Melody MEST Jet Black houses an advanced 10-driver Quad-Brid architecture, combining 1 dynamic driver, 4 balanced armature drivers, 2 electrostatic drivers, and 3 bone conduction driver units per side. This 10-driver setup is arranged together in a specially developed crossover system. We have a 4-way frequency crossover for the Air Conduction driver units(DD, BA, and EST), and an independent 2-way crossover for the BCD drivers. The DD here delivers visceral bass, two BA deliver high-resolution midrange, two BA produce crisp treble response, and dual EST drivers produce exceptional extensions in the ultra-high frequency band. Furthermore, we have dual composite BA BCD drivers for lower-end and midrange, and one PZT BCD driver for the high-frequency band. Together, this setup produces a highly holographic sound with a big stage, rich tonality, and exquisite details. It’s tuned to complement different genres of music well.
