KAI is a single dynamic driver IEM equipped with a 9.8mm large dynamic driver on each side. HBB has given his valuable suggestion with respect to the tuning curve of the KAI. TRIxHBB KAI comes with a large 9.8mm dynamic driver unit. The driver has been designed with a 3rd generation DLC(Diamond-Like Carbon) diaphragm coil that allows the pair to produce a smooth, punchy sound performance with lower distortion in the output. DLC has been in use as a material for diaphragms for a long time, and famous brands like Moondrop have utilized it in their dynamic drivers.

HBB, also known as Hawaii Bad Boy is a famous audio reviewer who has years of experience with premium HiFi audio gears. He has given his valuable tuning suggestion for the KAI. TRI has matched that tuning curve by professional adjustments from professional acoustic engineers in their team. In Hawaiian, “KAI” means water, the pair has been tuned to deliver a smooth musical experience that makes our music flow smoothly like water. The pair delivers a punchy lower end with a proper midrange consisting of natural vocals and instruments, and a balanced, inoffensive treble region.
