Offline Method:-

>Download the update file from the Shanling server here.

>Copy the downloaded .Zip file to the root folder of your device.(Please note do not unzip the file, just copy the download file as it is to the root folder.

>Go to the “Support” application(Purple bulb icon).

>Click on “Update”, Switch to “Local Update”.

>Locate the downloaded zip file on your device.

>Confirm the installation.

Your device will update itself and restarts itself.

Online Over-the-Air Method:-

>Make sure your M8 is connected to a working Wi-Fi connection.

>Open the “Support” application.

>Click on “Update”.

>Device will search for the latest firmware for your device.

>You can choose between two servers to start the firmware download.

>When fully downloaded, confirm installation and wait until the system finishes its automatic update. After the device restarts, everything is ready for you.
