Moondrop Launches MOCA Bluetooth V5.4 TWS Earphones

Moondrop is on a roll releasing new and amazing products for us audiophiles. Just a few hours ago, we discussed their second-generation DiscDream 2 Portable CD Players, and now we have a brand new pair of HiFi Truly Wireless Earphones, presenting the Moondrop MOCA. Designed for ease of use and wireless HiFi sound performance, the MOCA supports wireless Bluetooth V5.4 connectivity and houses a 10mm large-sized wide-band low-distortion dynamic driver. The Moondrop MOCA features Photo-sensor wear detection which is more reliable and responsive compared to Capacitive Wearing detection. Moondrop MOCA features a systematic acoustic design and Hybrid ANC technology. The TWS provides exceptional noise isolation from the surroundings and indulges you deeply into your favourite music. The pair also has transparency mode which makes you aware of the surroundings whenever you need. Simply take off one side of the pair and it will automatically enable transparency mode. You can also enable it by long-pressing on the touch control. It has Photo-Sensor wear detection, which is more reliable than capacitive detection. It automatically turns ANC on/off and pauses the music when you pull the earphones out, resumes when you wear them again.

Moondrop has entrusted a 10mm custom-developed dynamic driver on the MOCA. The driver has a TiN Ceramic dome composite diaphragm. It was developed by Moondrop’s experienced R&D team. They featured the same in their famous Aria 2 IEMs. It helps the pair to produce a smooth and detailed sound response. The driver is composed of a high-power N52 magnet and DAIKOKU CCAW voice coil offering excellent ultra-low non-linear distortion performance. Moondrop MOCA produces quality sound with amazing clarity and ultra-low distortion across a wide frequency range. It has been tuned following Moondrop’s reference VDSF Target response curve. Moondrop MOCA supports next-generation LC3 high-quality sound transmission protocol. The LC3 Codec(Low Complexity Communications Codec) is based on LE Audio Technology.
