Celest has come up with a brand-new set of single dynamic driver in-ear monitors, introducing the all-new Celest Wyvern Abyss. Celest, as we all know is a sub-brand to Kinera focused primarily on the budget and pocket-friendly IEMs and accessories. The latest Wyvern Abyss is a budget set that comes equipped with a 10mm LCP diaphragm dynamic driver unit. Like other products from Celest, the Wyvern Abyss is also based on a mythological character from the roots of Chinese mythology. In ancient Chinese mythology, Wyvern Abyss is a creator god from the Heavens. Wyern Abyss is a mighty dragon with nine heads, each with a unique face and colour, and a body covered in scales. Wyvern Abyss is a god dragon with wings and four large claws, it can breathe fire and controls the weather as well. Celest has taken inspiration from this godly mythological character to design the mighty new Wyvern Abyss IEMs.

Celest has equipped the Wyvern Abyss with a 10mm LCP(Liquid Crystal Polymer) diaphragm dynamic driver unit. It is a new type of polymer diaphragm material that is ultra-thin and robust and has an ultra-lightweight design. This diaphragm produces clear and crisp sound output with low distortion. Celest has adjusted the tuning of the pair following the 2019 Harman Target Response Curve. It has a realistic sound presentation with rich, crisp vocals, detailed treble, and a punchy lower-end response.

The Celest Wyvern Abyss’s design, look, and feel are simply phenomenal. The design inspiration is from the mighty Wyvern Abyss god from the Chinese mythological tales. Celest has crafted the shells using high-quality medical-grade resin material with a high-precision 3D printing process. The face covers here feature a beautiful pattern depicting the scales of the Wings of the dragon. Just like the solid scales of Wyvern, the colour designer of the pair has featured gradient colours of elegant and mysterious purple and Blue-green to create a majestic look of the Wyvern Abyss.

Celest Wyvern Abyss comes with a high-quality Oxygen-Free Copper cable. It’s a 4-core twist-braided cable that features 24 strands of 0.05mm OFC wire cores. It has a skin-friendly grey colored PVC outer coating. The cable adopts 0.78mm two-pin connectors and features a 3.5mm single-ended termination.
