The FH5s come as an upgrade/replacement to the highly appreciated FH5 set and sits between the FH7 and FH3 IEM sets in the award-winning “FH” series of hybrid IEMs. Over the FH5, the FH5s has got significant advancements and innovations in all aspects including appearance, comfort, and sound quality. Powerful 2BA+2DD Driver Configuration:-

FiiO has equipped the all-new FH5s with a new double dynamic driver and double balanced armature driver acoustic architecture. They have opted for a 6mm beryllium plated dynamic driver for beautiful, luscious mid-frequencies, a large 12mm beryllium-plated dynamic driver for impactful and deep lower end response. This 12mm driver has a powerful magnetic force of up to 1.5Tesla. Treble frequencies are handled by Knowles TWFK-30017 balanced armature driver. It is placed directly in the sound nozzle to provide a well-extended and highly detailed high-frequency response.

Professional Electronic Crossover:-

FiiO has professionally designed a multi-driver electronic frequency crossover with respect to how each driver should focus on the low, mid, high, and ultra-high frequencies. This results in a brilliantly detailed sound output with ultra-low distortion and high-resolution clarity.

Three Tuning Switches, Eight Sound Profiles:-

FiiO has equipped the FH5s earpieces with three different sound tuning switches corresponding to Bass, Mid, and Treble frequency responses. Users can switch these on and off based on their experience with the pair and choose between eight different sound tunings possible with these switches.

Semi-Open Back Architecture:-

Earpieces in FiiO FH5s feature a semi-open back architecture that ensures the air pressure at the front and rear cavities are balanced resulting in a larger soundstage and a more comfortable listening experience with the pair.

The FH5s show the professional craftsmanship of acoustic engineers at FiiO. It employs the TRISHELL “sandwich” structural design, with 5-axis CNC machined aluminum-magnesium alloy shells, body, and front covers solidly fixed together at 3 points to greatly reduce excess resonance and distortion in the output.

The CNC machined aluminum-magnesium alloy ear cavities are designed with a third-generation ergonomic curve optimized for a perfect fit around the human ear for an extremely comfortable fit and music experience.

High-Purity Litz-Type Braided Cable:-
