FiiO At CIHE Guangzhou 2020

FiiO At CIHE Guangzhou 2020

This weekend has been a heaven for us audiophiles in China and other parts of the world. The 2020 China International Headphone Expo(CIHE) was organized here in Guangzhou. We were really excited and visited the event on both days. And we have brought great news for all of you, there are several new Hi-Fi audio products showcased at the event that will be released internationally really soon. Over 150 brands including FiiO, HiBy, Matrix Audio, Dunu, and many more took part in the expo and showcased their latest and recently released products. We visited all the stalls on both days and get to experience some really good and upcoming products. Today we are going to share our experience at the FiiO stall and their upcoming products.

FiiO:-

Well, there is no chance that we won’t see FiiO at such an event and that too without showcasing any upcoming products. They brought several products on the table with four new upcoming latest products from their line up that includes the latest USB DAC/AMP, MMCX Bluetooth Neckband Adapter, Bluetooth Desktop DAC, and TWS MMCX adapters. It felt like they focused primarily on the wireless range this time and honestly saying, we loved these products.

>FiiO Q3 USB DAC/AMP:-

FiiO Q3-1

FiiO showcased its latest USB DAC/AMP, the FiiO Q3. It is coming as an upgrade to the highly acclaimed Q1 MKii and houses many latest features. This new little baby features the latest XMOS USB chip and is now capable of decoding PCM up to 32-Bit/768kHz, and DSD up to DSD512 natively. Also, the main attraction here with the FiiO Q3 is going to be the THX AAA amplification module paired with a smooth AK4462 DAC chip. Last time FiiO implemented the THX amplification with dual AK4497EQ in the M11 Pro and believe us we love it to date with its brilliant noise-free amplification, the case is the same here with the Q3 too it is really clean, wide, and sweet-sounding. It also houses three output ports including 3.5mm single-ended, 2.5mm, and 4.4mm balanced ports. It really looked impressive and we just couldn’t wait for it to be released soon.

>FiiO LC BT-1:-

FiiO LC BT1

FiiO showcased their latest upcoming MMCX/0.78mm 2-pin Bluetooth adapter cable, the FiiO LC BT1. Earlier this year they released the LC BT2 neckband style Bluetooth adapter that was really an amazing product. Now they have showcased the LC BT1 that looks like an entry-level offering from the LC BT series. It features a QCC3005 Bluetooth chip providing strong Bluetooth V5.0 connectivity with Hi-res codec support including SBC/AptX/AAC. The LC BT1 houses a high-quality AK4331 DAC chip providing good sound quality. It is going to be available in both MMCX and 0.78mm two-pin variants.

>FiiO BTA30 Bluetooth DAC:-

FiiO BTA30-1

Along with the above mentioned two products, FiiO also brought their upcoming BTA30 Desktop Bluetooth DAC. It is a feature-rich product, equipped with a high-performance AK4490 DAC chip. The BTA30 supports the latest Bluetooth functionality with Hi-res LDAC codec support. It also supports other Hi-res codecs including AptX LL, SBC, and more. The device had RCA line out and the output was pretty clean and crisp providing output to it via my Huawei P30 Pro smartphone.

>FiiO UTW53 MMCX Truly Wireless Adapter:-

FiiO UTW53-1

Last but not the least, FiiO showcased its latest MMCX TWS adapter, the FiiO UTW53. You can connect any of your hi-res pair of in-ear monitors with MMCX connectors and make them truly wireless without compromising on the sound quality. Equipped with a powerful QCC3020 Bluetooth chip it provides a strong, stable, and lag-free Bluetooth experience. It also supports EQ adjustment using the FiiO control app on the smartphone. They have a battery life of up to 4 hours on a single charge and with the charging case, it lasts for up to 24 hours.

These products show that the brand is really serious about developing the Wireless range too. All of these look really promising to us, really excited to see THX amplification in the Q3, BTA30 Desktop Bluetooth DAC, and UTW53 the latest MMCX TWS adapters. These products will be released really soon internationally and we can’t wait for the same. Stay tuned with us for more information on different brands showcased products at the CIHE 2020.
