AFUL has featured a 1DD+2BA hybrid setup on the Explorer. To get the best out of each driver unit and present the users with an impressive sound performance, AFUL has implemented several of its own patented technologies on the set. This includes an ultra-thin Acoustic Bass Tube with a specially-designed 3D-printed Resonator. In this technology, the drivers feature specially crafted 3D printed acoustic tubes. The Bass tube has an ultra-thin and long design that helps the pair to deliver a stronger bass response than a normal 3-way division.
