Silicone is durable, easy to clean, and offers excellent longevity. Due to these properties, Silicone is used in 99% of the eartips available in the market.

  • Standard Silicone: Comes stock with most IEMs. It is functional but often lacks the specific grip or density needed for optimal audio tuning.
  • Medical-Grade/Liquid Silicone: Ultra-soft and hypoallergenic. These tips conform beautifully to the ear canal, minimizing fatigue during marathon listening sessions. They provide a pure, unaltered frequency response, making them ideal for reference listening.

Foam

Memory foam tips expand to perfectly fill the ear canal. These are perfect for providing a proper seal, however the only drawback is that the lifespan is lower than that of Silicone ones.
