Shozy is a famous China-based ear manufacturer, they have a wide range of products in their In-ear monitor's lineup, like the widely famous Shozy 1.1 or the Shozy Neo BG. They have released a new pair of hybrid In-ear monitors, the Shozy 1.4.

The Shozy 1.4 is a five driver hybrid pair of earphones, with a five driver setup on each earpiece, medical-grade 3d printed resin shells, and imported wooden printed faceplates.

Five Driver Hybrid Setup Providing Unique Sound Output:-

The Shozy 1.4 is equipped with a five driver hybrid setup in each earpiece, with 4 Shozy custom-tuned balanced armature drivers and one beryllium coated dynamic driver unit. Beryllium is a very premium material that provides better durability to the diaphragm and maintains proper air pressure, which provides smooth coil movement, resulting in crisp and clear sound output.

The sound output has a slight U-shaped sound signature with quick, fast and thumpy bass response, The mids and vocals are tuned perfectly with natural and detailed output, while the treble section has a smooth response with no peakiness or sibilance even at higher volumes. The sound output is balanced and detailed, making the pair suitable for watching movies or enjoying any genre of music. The drivers work together flawlessly providing you with rich sound quality, with low distortion.

Medical-Grade 3D Printed Shells:-

The Shozy 1.4 earpieces are made up of medical-grade 3D printed shells, which provide a strong and tough character to the earpieces, the earpieces have an imported wooden faceplate, each and every earpiece of Shozy 1.4 has a unique design on the faceplate and each will differ from each other. The overall look of the earpieces is very beautiful.

The earpieces are made with utmost perfection and have an ergonomic design to themselves, which provides a comfortable and firm fit, the earpieces have no issues in fit to peoples with different ear sizes as it has a universal 3D printed design.

Balanced Sound with Amazing Details:-

The Shozy 1.4 provides its users with a balanced and unmatched sound quality output, the sound has a U-shaped signature with brilliant details. The staging has a wider and taller representation, the instruments have brilliant detailing. There is no harshness or fatigue in sound output even at higher volumes.

0.78mm 2-Pin Copper Cable:-

The Shozy 1.4 comes bundled with a 0.78mm 2-pin connector copper cable, the cable is fabric coated and a high-quality one. It provides very low internal sound signal resistance and provides a durable quality.

Zipper Carry Case:-

The Shozy 1.4 has a zipper carry case included in the package, the carry case has enough space for you to carry around your pair of earphones easily and safely. There is ample space for carrying a few pairs of ear tips too.

 Shipping Policy

  1. All items will be shipped out from China within 1~ 3 days after payment except prominent note on the page. If we cannot, we will let you know new shipping date at once after the payment and cancellation is available if you cannot accept that. 
  2. We could ship to all over the world through Pro service or regular Registered Air Mail with a tracking number. 
  3. Express ( DHL/UPS/EMS/Aramex etc.)  as a faster shipment option is available. 
  4. Taxes may apply by some country law. Hifigo will be not responsible for the import tax. But we declare item at a lower cost usually, leave us a message with value if you want. 

Lead-Time of Express 

We will try our best always to chose the best way to ship out if you chose Express. Leadtime of Express is around 3-7days recently deponds on countries.

Q: When will you ship out the cargoes after payment? 

A: Within 1 - 3 days except prominent note on the page for pre-sale items. If we cannot ship out in 1~ 3 days, we will let you know new shipping date at once and cancellation is available if you cannot accept that. 

Q: I got a shipping confirmation and tracking number. Why don’t I have tracking information listed immediately?

A: Since shipping process involves multiple steps of coordination between internal and external parties, it doesn’t happen instantly. Usually tracking information will be listed on the next day of shipping confirm notification email/SMS.  

Q: Why tracking information is not updated for a long time? 

A: Usually it is on the way to your local country, pls be patient. If it is not updated a few days after arriving in your country, pls try to contact us or the carrier for additional information.

Warranty

Hifigo offers 1 year warranty for Consumer Electronic products and so on. Should your product prove to be defective for non-artificial reasons within 1 year from the date of arrival, you can send the defective items back or unit for free repair. Hifigo will be in charge of the maintenance handling fees and replacement charges for defective components found to be defective due to manufacturer’s defect. (this free repair rule does not apply to motherboard & screen).

This warranty extends only to personal use & does not extend to any product that has been used for commercial use, rental use, or use which is not intended. There are no warranties other than expressly set forth herein. 

THE WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO THE FOLLOWING

  • Damage due to accident, dis-assemble, waterlogmisuse, abuse, alterations or vandalism.
  • Improper or inadequate maintenance.
  • Unauthorized modification or commercial use. 
  • Damage in return transit.
  • Unsupervised use by children under 18 years of age.

For the warranty details regarding other goods, please refer to the manufacturer’s original enclosed instruction manual.

Hifigo is not responsible in any way for damages, losses or inconveniences caused by equipment failure or by user negligence, abuse, or use not in accordance with the ‘User Guide’ or any additional safety, use, or warnings included in the product materials. Furthermore, Hifigo is not liable for incidental or consequential damages of any nature resulting from the use of this product and any liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Returns or Exchange

Can I cancel an order? 

For both Non - customized order and customized order, it is not accept for cancellanation after 24 hours you have placed an order. Hope you could understand that we will start process for your order once we receive your order in 24 hours.  

Can I return the product that I don’t like and get refund?

Some items may be returned for either money back or exchange subject to the following conditions. Our policy is within 7days after receiving according to the tracking record. If 7 days after receiving have gone , unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Any item returned  must be complete with all accessories, hardware, manuals or instructions, and in the same "new" condition as when it was when shipped to you. Please send us the photos or videos of it. 
  • Any item returned incomplete or with physical damage such as scratches etc., excessive signs of use or abuse will not be accepted for return.
  • Any item returned will be evaluated upon receipt. Of course, we cannot give refunds on defective merchandise resulting from mishandling, misuse, tampering or improper use.

Can I exchange product I ordered? 

We offer exchange service if the items in following conditions. (*Except Non-refundable & Non-exchangeable items)
  • Products must in “Good Condition” with no damaged in any way.
  • To exchange a product, the product must be available to purchase on Hifigo.com and its price must be higher or equal to the original order amount.
  • The customer will have to pay the difference in price if s/he selects a product of a higher price.
  • If you have purchased any items with any discount offered by a joint promotion or other promotional activities but the discount offer has expired at the time of the exchange, the discount shall not be taken into account. Discounts offered by companies other than Hifigo shall be dealt with in accordance with the terms and conditions of the relevant companies.

What’s the normal process of cancel, return or refund ?

Please email our customer service hifigo@gmail.com with your order number and your specific inquiries. Please keep the product as original as possible and send us the photos or videos of it.

Which kind of product can be returned and refunded?

All cable/DAC/AMP/UIEM products are returnable if the product is in the same condition as when purchased. CIEM products cannot be returned. Defective products covered under warranty could be returned for servicing, but NOT for refund.

When do items need to be returned by?

No later than 7 days after receiving the product (according to tracking record)

Where do items need to be returned to?

For international shipping, to make your ship back easily, pls contact us and choose your convenience place to ship back to us. If you want to ship back to us, please contact us for our shipping address.

When can i get refund for my product?

We will refund you once we receive your order and after product checking, we will refund you within 3 working days.

How much can I get for refund?

We will charge you 30% of the MSRP for restocking fee and then refund you the rest of the money. For example, if the MSRP is $100, we will refund you $70. If the item is returned without its complete original packaging (original box, foam padding etc.), additional 10% packing fee will apply. 

Who will be responsible for the shipping back fee?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  To provide you with the best shopping experience, we will try our best to choose the best shipping method to you. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
