  • If the free gift is not returned, or is returned used, damaged, incomplete, or missing accessories, the value of the gift may be deducted from the refund amount.

  • If a partial return causes the final order value to fall below the required gift threshold, the customer must return the gift, or the gift value may be deducted from the refund.

  • Free gifts are not eligible for separate return, exchange, or refund.
