Yanyin Canon has been one of the most active sets for the brand. The five-driver hybrid set of IEM was received quite well by the community when it came out two years back. It was highly appreciated for its outstanding sound clarity and adjustable tuning ability with the help of switches. Yanyin has recently released an upgrade to the classic Canon IEMs, introducing the all-new Yanyin Canon II. The driver configuration is the same on the Canon II but the pair now adopts a high-quality bio-diaphragm DD unit supported by four high-performance BA drivers to deliver outstanding sound capabilities. Yanyin Canon II features a five-driver hybrid configuration. The pair adopts a custom-developed dynamic driver unit with a high-quality bio-diaphragm for unmatched performance. This DD unit has a dual-chamber spatial design that optimizes the air pressure on the driver and effectively improves the lower-end elasticity and slam. You are greeted with a strong lower-end with refined mid-bass slams and clearer sub-bass rumble. The DD unit is supported by four high-resolution balanced armature drivers. There are two full-sized BA drivers that ensure clear midrange and crisp treble response and another two for a detailed and lively high-frequency response.

Yanyin has treated the Canon II with newer looks. The 3D-printed shells are made up of high-quality medical-grade resin material. They have beautiful galaxy-inspired starry and glittery hand-crafted face covers. The set looks absolutely amazing, with an ergonomic, lightweight shape, it fits amazingly well as well. Yanyin Canon II features two independently adjustable tuning switches. THey allow the user to adjust the output slight bit to match their liking.

Yanyin has also upgraded the stock cable here on the Canon II. The pair comes with a high-purity silver-plated monocrystalline copper cable. Users can choose their choice of termination between 2.5mm/3.5mm/4.4mm plugs at the time of purchase. The pair has 0.78mm 2-pin connectors that enable easy replaceability of the cable in the future.
