At the heart of Whale Shark, TRN has featured a multi-driver hybrid architecture. The pair houses four drivers on each side, featuring three dynamic drivers and a planar magnetic driver unit. TRN has equipped a 10.5mm second-generation beryllium-coated diaphragm dynamic driver that delivers thunderous, precise, tight bass response. It is complemented by an all-new 8mm PET diaphragm dynamic driver that promises a clear, crisp, and defined midrange response. There’s a 6mm titanium-coated dynamic driver for a sparkling, lively treble section. Complementing these is a TRN’s proprietary 6mm planar magnetic driver that adds a unique touch to the Whale Shark’s sound performance. With its ultra-fast design, this 6mm planar driver is adjusted to enhance the output with a neatly extended ultra-high frequency band. In order to get a clean and defined response, TRN has arranged these drivers in a carefully designed three-way frequency crossover.

TRN Whale Shark delivers high-fidelity sound, but the set truly stands out with its artistic design. The design of the pair is inspired by the Whale Shark, a majestic creature of the deep sea. The Liquid Metal shell features a hollowed-out sapphire crystal pattern on the face panel area. The pattern features gemstones that shimmer with enchanting light and give the pair a stunning elegance of the deep sea. The ergonomic shape, coupled with 15 pairs of ear tips, ensures all-day comfort with the pair.

TRN Whale Shark also has adjustable sound tuning with its swappable nozzle design. Users can swap among three sets of specialized tuning nozzles: Black Ring nozzles for a transparent sound, Green Ring nozzles for a balanced profile, and Red Ring nozzles for an atmospheric, bass-focused sound profile.
