Tanchjim Origin Lost Manor houses a new-generation 10mm DMT5 Ultra series dynamic driver unit. This driver is developed with a dual-cavity structure and is placed with a strong dual-magnetic architecture as well. It delivers quality sound with pure HiFi clarity, ultra-low distortion, and an accurate, natural tonality. The driver features a multi-micro hole waveguide cover, which has a specific geometric shape finalized after multiple rounds of topology optimizations. This guides the direction of the sound wave propagation, reduces scattering, and turbulent losses during sound rendering. Tanchjim has also implemented Helmholtz resonator technology on the rear cavity structure. It’s an L-shaped structure which precisely controls the convection flow and seals the rear cavity as an independent Helmholtz resonance chamber. This results in producing crispier, cleaner, and enticing vocal responses by enhancing the 5kHz region.
