It houses a quad-DAC arrangement featuring four ES9018C2M DAC chips. The prominent ESS Sabre DAC chips promise quality sound decoding with support of high-resolution 32-Bit/768kHz and native DSD256 audio signals. The R4 also has 16x MQA unfolding support. Powered by four OPA1652, Two OPA1612, and 16 different triodes, the Class A amp section of the HiBy R4 delivers a powerful output with low distortion characteristics. The R4 is a mighty device, it is capable of delivering a strong output of up to 525mW at 32Ω impedance with the balanced connection port. HiBy has featured dual headphone outputs on the R4 featuring a 3.5mm single-ended and a 4.4mm balanced output port.

As for the software front, HiBy R4 comes with an Open Android 12 OS. The user interface is buttery smooth as HiBy has equipped the device with Qualcomm’s octa-core Snapdragon 665 SoC with 3GB of RAM and 32GB internal memory. Like other Android Players by HiBy, the R4 also features systemwide Bit-Perfect Audio, you can enjoy high-resolution audio performance across different applications. HiBy has joined hands with the ace IEM brand F.Audio to design their latest single-dynamic driver set, the HiBy x FAudio Project Ace. For the past many years, FAudio has been known for its outstanding range of high-end IEMs with many successful products under their name. The latest Project Ace is a high-performance single-dynamic driver IEMs featuring a 12mm large-sized dynamic driver for enhanced sound reproduction.
