Gustard Launches X26 Pro ES9038 Pro Flagship Desktop DAC
Gustard has released its all-new flagship-grade desktop DAC system, the X26 Pro. A few months back Gustard ceased the production for X26, and now they have unveiled the better, the upgraded X26 Pro. It houses many premium features that make it worthy of the flagship tag such as premium Dual DAC chips, high-performance CPLD technology, an In-house developed K2 ultra-low noise clock synthesizer, full MQA decoding, and many more. The X26 Pro is available on pre-order for 1499.99$, shipments will begin later this month.

Premium Dual DAC Chipset:-
For flagship-grade performance with the X26 Pro, Gustard has opted for premium DAC chips from Sabre Technologies. They have equipped the X26 pro with a dual DAC chipset featuring two ES9038 Pro DAC chips. It is a 32-bit, 8-channel DAC chip made for high-end devices producing benchmarking results in audio signal decoding with the industry’s highest dynamic range and ultra-low distortion in the output signal.
Built-in K2 Ultra-Low-Noise Synthesizer:-
Gustard has equipped the X26 Pro with their in house developed K2 Ultra-low noise clock synthesizer. It allows the device to achieve ultra-low jitter performance. Benefitting from this, the master clock of the DAC chipset is also controlled by the K2 high-precision clock synthesizer.
High-Resolution Audio Signal Decoding:-
The premium DAC chips are paired with a premium USB signal receiver chip from XMOS, the XU216. It provides excellent high-res audio signal decoding support with full MQA decoding, PCM support for up to 32-Bit/768kHz, and DSD up to DSD512 natively.
High-Definition Bluetooth Connectivity:-
The Gustard X26 Pro utilized the power of Qualcomm’s flagship Bluetooth chip, the CSR8675 for Bluetooth functionality. It supports seamless Bluetooth V5.0 connectivity with high-resolution codec support such as LDAC, AptX HD, SBC, and more allowing the best wireless audio experience.
DSP Digital Filtering:-
The Gustard X26 Pro features a high-performance digital filter solution developed on the analog device SHARC digital audio dedicated DSP Platform. It features a self-developed high-performance anti-aliasing noise algorithm for a super clean signal decoding.
Independent Power Supply:-
There are two high-quality audio dedicated toroidal transformers separately supplying power for the digital and analog circuits. This allows for super-clean power to all the different components on the audio motherboard resulting in a clean, noise-free audio output.
