As mentioned earlier, DUNU Subsurge is designed around an advanced dual-dynamic driver configuration. To ensure deep, authoritative bass reproduction with excellent sub-bass extension, DUNU has implemented a massive 10mm Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) diaphragm driver dedicated exclusively to the lower frequencies. This is paired with a custom 8mm titanium-plated diaphragm dynamic driver that handles the midrange and treble, ensuring rapid transient response and outstanding micro-detail retrieval. To achieve flawless coherency between these two distinct units, DUNU engineered a unique lateral independent acoustic chamber design. Each driver operates within its own dedicated acoustic space, governed by a precise multi-dimensional physical and electronic crossover system that completely eliminates phase interference.

DUNU has tuned the Subsurge to be the ultimate POP music champion, it shares a strong lower-end similar to their highly-acclaimed DaVinci IEMs. Audiophiles will be amazed by its hard-hitting, powerful bass response that perfectly complements the thick, natural vocals and a smooth, fatigue-free treble response. This direct, highly-engaging tuning makes the Subsurge a highly-versatile set perfect for modern J-Pop and Vocal-centric genres. Through professional tuning adjustments by DUNU, the Subsurge ensures precise spatial accuracy and imaging that makes it an ideal choice for competitive video games.

Visually, the Subsurge is an absolute masterpiece. Inspired by deep ocean currents and expansive galaxies, the faceplates feature a mesmerizing starry sky dyeing process that results in a highly recognizable deep blue aesthetic. The premium resin cavities are crafted using high-precision 3D printing technology, strictly following ergonomic human ear contour data. Weighing just 6 grams per earpiece, the Subsurge guarantees exceptional structural integrity alongside a secure, highly comfortable fit for hours of uninterrupted listening or gaming.

To maximize the acoustic performance, DUNU bundles the Subsurge with a premium 4-core high-purity OCC (Single-Crystal Copper) cable. This high-quality wire significantly reduces signal transmission loss, preserving the natural density and smoothness of the audio signal. The cable features standard 0.78mm 2-pin connectors for easy swapping and is available in two termination options. Users can choose between a traditional 3.5mm single-ended version for standard audio setups, or a modern Type-C version featuring an in-line microphone, an ideal choice for smartphone users, voice calls, and multiplayer gaming communications.
