DUNU Launches Kima 2 and Kima 2 Limited Edition With Next-Gen DLC Composite Dynamic Driver

DUNU has now revamped this amazing classic IEM, presenting you all the brand new DUNU Kima 2.

The Kima 2 brings noticeable improvements to the former model with a brand new DLC composite dome dynamic driver and a newer and stronger magnetic architecture. DUNU has actually implemented the same magnetic architecture that they featured on the higher-tier Falcon Ultra IEMs. Another key attraction here on the DUNU Kima 2 are the beautifully crafted stainless steel ear shells!!

DUNU Kima 2 is actually tuned based on the limited edition “VERNUS” IEMs. DUNU came up with VERNUS a few years ago. It was a limited edition set and it got a lot of popularity among the audiophiles. DUNU has worked on the same tuning profile and with next-generation driver design combined with stronger magnetic flux, they have said to improve on the same for the Kima 2.

DUNU Kima 2 is available in two variants, one standard variant and the other Limited edition variant. The limited edition variant is limited to just 999 units globally. DUNU has developed a next-generation DLC composite dynamic driver unit for the Kima 2. Professional acoustic engineers have carefully developed this driver with an improved deposition process for uniform diaphragm deposition, effectively reducing gaps and surface defects. The driver ensures precise, accurate sound reproduction with a clean, low-distortion presentation. This driver benefits from the new and powerful magnetic architecture of the Kima 2.

As we have mentioned before as well, DUNU actually implemented the same magnetic architecture design that they featured on the classic Falcon Ultra IEMs. It produces a strong magnetic flux resulting in low-distortion and efficient drivability of the pair taking its performance to new heights.

DUNU includes a high-quality stock cable with the Kima 2. It is a four-care mono crystalline and silver-plated mono crystalline hybrid wire core configuration. The cable has protective nylon outer coating as well. It adopts 2-pin 0.78mm connectors. It also has DUNU’s patented Q-Lock Mini interchangeable termination plug system. DUNU Kima 2 comes with 3.5mm single-ended and 4.4mm balanced termination plugs. Other accessories include a high-quality carry case, and a lot of ear tips including DUNU S&S tips, DUNU Candy tips, Vocal Enhancement tips, etc.
