Yes, the DITA Project M is the brand’s first product with complete Resin Shells. They have nailed it with completely clear design. The Project M brings together a dynamic driver and a balanced armature driver hybrid setup on each side. Combined with the tuning expertise of professional acoustic engineers at DITA Audio, the Project M boasts full-range sound with outstanding bass response, fast, responsive sound, and ultimate clarity across a wide frequency band.

As mentioned above, The Project M adopts a dual-driver hybrid setup. This includes the DITA’s all-new PM1+ 9.8mm dynamic driver and a high-performance Knowles balanced armature driver. It is a custom-built 9.8mm dynamic driver unit. The DD unit is the main full-frequency driver here that gives the output a rich and dynamic feel. The Knowles BA driver is here to enhance the treble region with more clarity and adding a bigger sense of openness to the sound of the Project M. Both the drivers are enclosed in a highly-optimized stainless steel chamber. There’s a custom molded transfer tube that takes the sound signal from the stainless steel chamber to the aluminum nozzle of the pair. DITA has designed this sound chamber and sound tube using acoustic FEA(Finite Element Analysis) simulation technology. Both the drivers work in perfect symphony with each other, producing a highly coherent sound profile.

DITA Project M packs spectacular looks. The pair has completely transparent Resin material shells. The entire assembly here is encased in a slow pour transparent resin mix. The end result here are elegant and classy ear shells that look spectacular from all the directions. They have an ergonomic shape promising good comfort for the listeners. DITA has a tradition to bundle its products with top-quality accessories. We have custom-built MOCCA cable with premium connectors made by Cardas in the USA. It’s constructed with 16-strands of Cardas conductors per cable. DITA Project M has 2-pin 0.78mm connectors and DITA’s APV2 interchangeable termination plug system. The Project M comes with a 3.5mm single-ended and a 4.4mm balanced termination plug in the retail package.

As special as the IEM itself, we have a special carry case as well. Project M has this industrial design Sustainer Carry case made by Tanos. Each case comes with custom-made silicon inserts for protecting both the case and the cable. The case not just looks amazing with this unique Industrial-grade design, but it is also highly protective of the contents inside(the Project M here).
