Shanling is a china based audio brand, very famous for its various products like the Shanling M2X Digital audio player.

They have released a new True Wireless Set of earphones, the Shanling MTW100 which is packed full of features.

The Shanling MTW 100 comes in two versions, white-colored version has a single 6mm graphene dynamic driver unit, black and red ones comes equipped with a single Knowles balanced armature driver unit, both the units sound quite balanced with similar set of features.

Driver setup's For That Balanced Sound Output:-

Both the models, whether it be Dynamic Driver one or Balanced Armature one, they sound quite balanced, natural-sounding with good details.

Both the models offer, slight V-shaped sound signature with quick and thumpy bass response, natural and lush crispy mids and vocals, and detailed treble response, the staging is superb and will leave you awestruck with its brilliant sound quality.

Bluetooth 5.0 with AAC and SBC Codecs Support:-

Both the Shanling MTW100 models support Bluetooth 5.0, ensuring stable and lag-free Bluetooth connection. They have very low latency and offers accurate and precise voice and video synchronization, making it suitable for watching movies and playing games.

With support of AAC and SBC codecs, they ensure proper sound quality with rich audio experience.

Monitor Mode to Notice Your Surroundings:-

The Shanling MTW100 supports a brilliant Monitor Mode, which enables reduces the noise isolation and makes you aware of your surroundings, it is a very useful feature while commuting and at the work.

IPX 7 Waterproof Rating:-

The Shanling MTW100 has got IPX 7 waterproof rating, ensuring the earpieces will be safe when submerged into water upto 1 meter for upto 30 mins, which makes this set of earpieces the obvious choice for gym usage and more.

Mono Mode Supported by Both The Earpieces:-

Both the earpieces support Mono mode, making the device suitable for stage performances.

Multi-Function Touch Responsive Button:-

The Shanling MTW100 is equipped with a multi-function touch-responsive button, it can be used for various functions such as Play/Pause music, Pickup/Hangup call, and many more functions.

Long Battery Life:-

The earpieces have a battery life of upto 7 hours on a single charge and with the help of the charging box it will last for upto 24 hours.

The charging box supports charging via USB Type-C and wireless charging, so you can just put it on a wireless charger and it will start charging.

      You can try to remove it from paired devices on whatever device is you using (phone,table,computer,Nintendo)

    • Does it have voice or simple tones notifications? If it has voice notifications what is the language?

      oh,it couldn't support voice notifactrions.

     Shipping Policy

    1. All items will be shipped out from China within 1~ 3 days after payment except prominent note on the page. If we cannot, we will let you know new shipping date at once after the payment and cancellation is available if you cannot accept that. 
    2. We ship all items at free charges through Registered Air Mail with a tracking number except you choose others. 
    3. DHL/UPS/EMS  as a faster shipment option with additional charge is available. 
    4. Taxes may apply by some country law. Hifigo will be not responsible for the import tax. But we could declare item at a lower cost usually, leave us a message with value if you want. If the declared value isn't accepted by your Custom finally, you have to pay the extra tax. 

    Delivery Lead-Time for Express Service

    If you chose Express service with extra charges which is US$20-25 usually, it will be shipped out by DHL or EMS. Total shipping lead time from our warehouse to you as follows: 

    America/Mexico/Canada or Europe : 4 - 6  days by DHL

    Japan/ : 3 - 5 days by DHL/Direct Sagawa

    Tailand/Singapore: 3 - 5 days

    Korea: Special line 2 - 4 days 

    Russia: 7 - 10  days by EMS  ( no battery ones, products with battery cannot shipped through EMS) 

    South Africa :  4 - 6  days by DHL 

    Pls note: 

    1. When your package ships via Express(DHL usually), we will send DHL agency tracking number first ( Yanwen usually) for the courier that delivers the package to DHL etc. Then, the DHL number will show on the same tracking website in 1-2 days, usually your package will be scheduled on flight to your country the same day after DHL number shown. 
    2. There will be additional charges around US$ 35 for remote area. If you are not sure about whether your area is remote, write us for promopt reply.

    Q: When will you ship out the cargoes after payment? 

    A: Within 1 - 3 days except prominent note on the page for pre-sale items. If we cannot ship out in 1~ 3 days, we will let you know new shipping date at once and cancellation is available if you cannot accept that. 

    Q: I got a shipping confirmation and tracking number. Why don’t I have tracking information listed immediately?

    A: Since shipping process involves multiple steps of coordination between internal and external parties, it doesn’t happen instantly. Usually tracking information will be listed on the next day of shipping confirm notification email/SMS.  

    Q: Why tracking information is not updated for a long time? 

    A: Usually it is on the way to your local country, pls be patient. If it is not updated a few days after arriving in your country, pls try to contact us or the carrier for additional information.

    Hifigo offers 1 year warranty for Consumer Electronic products and so on. Should your product prove to be defective for non-artificial reasons within 1 year from the date of arrival, you can send the defective items back or unit for free repair. Hifigo will be in charge of the maintenance handling fees and replacement charges for defective components found to be defective due to manufacturer’s defect. (this free repair rule does not apply to motherboard & screen).

    This warranty extends only to personal use & does not extend to any product that has been used for commercial use, rental use, or use which is not intended. There are no warranties other than expressly set forth herein. This warranty is not transferable.


    • Damage due to accident, dis-assemble, waterlogmisuse, abuse, alterations or vandalism.
    • Improper or inadequate maintenance.
    • Unauthorized modification or commercial use. 
    • Damage in return transit.
    • Unsupervised use by children under 18 years of age.

    Hifigo is not responsible in any way for damages, losses or inconveniences caused by equipment failure or by user negligence, abuse, or use not in accordance with the ‘User Guide’ or any additional safety, use, or warnings included in the product materials. Furthermore, Hifigo is not liable for incidental or consequential damages of any nature resulting from the use of this product and any liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

    This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

    Returns or Exchange

    Can I cancel an order? 

    Non- customized order can be cancelled without restocking fee if the product has not been shipped. For customized order, it is not accept for cancellanation after 24 hours you have placed an order. Hope you could understand that we will start production for your customized order once we receive your order in 24 hours.

    Can I return the product that I don’t like and get refund?

    Some items may be returned for either money back or exchange subject to the following conditions. Our policy is within 7days after receiving according to the tracking record. If 7 days after receiving have gone , unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    • Any item returned  must be complete with all accessories, hardware, manuals or instructions, and in the same "new" condition as when it was when shipped to you. Please send us the photos or videos of it. 
    • Any item returned incomplete or with physical damage such as scratches etc., excessive signs of use or abuse will not be accepted for return.
    • Any item returned will be evaluated upon receipt. Of course, we cannot give refunds on defective merchandise resulting from mishandling, misuse, tampering or improper use.

    Can I exchange product I ordered? 

    We offer exchange service if the items in following conditions. (*Except Non-refundable & Non-exchangeable items)
    • Products must in “Good Condition” with no damaged in any way.
    • To exchange a product, the product must be available to purchase on and its price must be higher or equal to the original order amount.
    • The customer will have to pay the difference in price if s/he selects a product of a higher price.
    • If you have purchased any items with any discount offered by a joint promotion or other promotional activities but the discount offer has expired at the time of the exchange, the discount shall not be taken into account. Discounts offered by companies other than Hifigo shall be dealt with in accordance with the terms and conditions of the relevant companies.

    What’s the normal process of cancel, return or refund ?

    Please email our customer service with your order number and your specific inquiries. Please keep the product as original as possible and send us the photos or videos of it.

    Which kind of product can be returned and refunded?

    All cable/DAC/AMP/UIEM products are returnable if the product is in the same condition as when purchased. CIEM products cannot be returned. Defective products covered under warranty could be returned for servicing, but NOT for refund.

    When do items need to be returned by?

    No later than 7 days after receiving the product (according to tracking record)

    Where do items need to be returned to?

    For international shipping, to make your ship back easily, pls contact us and choose your convenience place to ship back to us. If you want to ship back to us, please contact us for our shipping address.

    When can i get refund for my product?

    We will refund you once we receive your order and after product checking, we will refund you within 3 working days.

    How much can I get for refund?

    We will charge you 30% of the MSRP for restocking fee and then refund you the rest of the money. For example, if the MSRP is $100, we will refund you $70. If the item is returned without its complete original packaging (original box, foam padding etc.), additional 10% packing fee will apply. 

    Who will be responsible for the shipping back fee?

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  To provide you with the best shopping experience, we will try our best to choose the best shipping method to you. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
