Included Clamshell Travel Case
Keep your headphones safe as you travel. Tossing a couple of headphones into your exercise bag or travel case could conceivably harm your headphones which is the reason we incorporate a hard clamshell case.
1. Red light instead of blue light flashes.
Answer: It means that the headphone is in low battery level, please recharge the headphone.
2. Red light is off during charging.
Answer: a. Please ensure the charging device is correctly connectedwith the headphone.
b. When the headphone is not used for long periods of time, thebattery will enter sleep state, it needs to charge about 30 minutes and then the red light will be lit.
3.No sound heard from the headphone.
Answer: a. Check if the headphone is operating.
b.Check if the headphone volume is at an appropriate level.
c.Check if the headphone is correctly connected with mobile phone.
d.Check if the headphone is operated within an effective distance.
4. The headphone calling effect is bad.
Answer: a. Check if mobile phone is in an area with strong signal.
b. Please ensure the headphone is within effective distance (10m ) and no obstacle between the headphone and mobile phone.
5. When playing music, unable to control pause/play/music via headphone.
Answer: Please ensure the paired device support AVRCP (Audio/Video Remote Control Profile) profile.
6. It cannot use NFC to pair and connect.
Answer: a. Make sure NFC function of mobile phone has been enabled.
b. For initial pairing, let mobile phone touch the headphone for about 3 seconds and take away mobile phone until red and blue light blinks alternately, otherwise the pairing may be unsuccessful.

- All items will be shipped out from China within 1~ 3 days after payment except prominent note on the page. If we cannot, we will let you know new shipping date at once after the payment and cancellation is available if you cannot accept that.
- We ship all items at free charges through Registered Air Mail with a tracking number except you choose others.
- DHL/UPS/EMS as a faster shipment option with additional charge is available.

If you chose Express service with extra charges which is US$10-25 usually, it will be shipped out by DHL /UPS/FedEx/EMS/Aramex etc. Total shipping lead time from our warehouse to you as follows:

Russia: 8 - 15 days by Pro service ,7 days by EMS ( only no battery).
Asia: 3 - 5 days
South Africa: 4 - 6 days

- Most packages are transhipped and the tranship numbers will be listed on tracking status incl. DHL express. Above is the total leadtime from our warehouse to desination.

Q: When will you ship out the cargoes after payment?
A: Within 1 - 3 days except prominent note on the page for pre-sale items. If we cannot ship out in 1~ 3 days, we will let you know new shipping date at once and cancellation is available if you cannot accept that.
Q: I got a shipping confirmation and tracking number. Why don’t I have tracking information listed immediately?
A: Since shipping process involves multiple steps of coordination between internal and external parties, it doesn’t happen instantly. Usually tracking information will be listed on the next day of shipping confirm notification email/SMS.
Q: Why tracking information is not updated for a long time?
A: Usually it is on the way to your local country, pls be patient. If it is not updated a few days after arriving in your country, pls try to contact us or the carrier for additional information.

Hifigo offers 1 year warranty for Consumer Electronic products and so on. Should your product prove to be defective for non-artificial reasons within 1 year from the date of arrival, you can send the defective items back or unit for free repair. Hifigo will be in charge of the maintenance handling fees and replacement charges for defective components found to be defective due to manufacturer’s defect. (this free repair rule does not apply to motherboard & screen).
This warranty extends only to personal use & does not extend to any product that has been used for commercial use, rental use, or use which is not intended. There are no warranties other than expressly set forth herein. This warranty is not transferable.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO THE FOLLOWING
- Damage due to accident, dis-assemble, waterlogmisuse, abuse, alterations or vandalism.
- Improper or inadequate maintenance.
- Unauthorized modification or commercial use.
- Damage in return transit.

Returns or Exchange
Can I cancel an order?
Can I return the product that I don’t like and get refund?
Some items may be returned for either money back or exchange subject to the following conditions. Our policy is within 7days after receiving according to the tracking record. If 7 days after receiving have gone , unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Any item returned must be complete with all accessories, hardware, manuals or instructions, and in the same "new" condition as when it was when shipped to you. Please send us the photos or videos of it.
- Any item returned incomplete or with physical damage such as scratches etc., excessive signs of use or abuse will not be accepted for return.
- Any item returned will be evaluated upon receipt. Of course, we cannot give refunds on defective merchandise resulting from mishandling, misuse, tampering or improper use.
Can I exchange product I ordered?
- Products must in “Good Condition” with no damaged in any way.
- To exchange a product, the product must be available to purchase on Hifigo.com and its price must be higher or equal to the original order amount.
