iBasso has released a new version for its widely famous Android DAP, the iBasso DX160 2020 variant. The variant improves on several features from its predecessor.
iBasso has upgraded the buffer size, the improved new buffer has a higher slew rate, wider bandwidth, and higher current output. This helps in improving the overall amplification power while maintaining a cleaner sound decoding.
CTIA 3.5mm Port:-
The brand has changed the previous 3.5mm output port to CTIA 3.5mm port, which is the most commonly used port and enables the users to use Mic and Music control keys on the cables of earphones.
JDI Crisp 1080P Display:-
iBasso has switched to JDI(Japan Display Inc.) for its screen manufacturing. The new display has same 1080p resolution but it provides better viewing angles and crisp clarity as compared to the 2019 variant.
Dual Cirrus Logic DAC Chip's:-
The iBasso DX160 is equipped with a class-leading setup of dual DAC chips from Cirrus Logics, they are well known for their high performing DAC chips. The DX160 has Two CS43198 chips working flawlessly, decoding the music with amazing clarity and details. The DAC setup is able to decode PCM up to 32-Bit/384kHz or DSD up to DSD256 natively. The sound output through the setup offers great clarity with no background noise or jitter. We are sure the Pro service is always reliable and you don't need to worry package lost . The current leadtime for your reference is normal leadtime plus 7-14 days.

We have to stop the normal registered airmail service at many countries because the leadtime is not steady and it may be more than 5weeks , our audiophiles cannot wait so long time.

Q: I got a shipping confirmation and tracking number. Why don’t I have tracking information listed immediately?
A: Since shipping process involves multiple steps of coordination between internal and external parties, it doesn’t happen instantly. Usually tracking information will be listed on the next day of shipping confirm notification email/SMS.
Q: Why tracking information is not updated for a long time?
A: Usually it is on the way to your local country, pls be patient. If it is not updated a few days after arriving in your country, pls try to contact us or the carrier for additional information.

Hifigo offers 1 year warranty for Consumer Electronic products and so on. Should your product prove to be defective for non-artificial reasons within 1 year from the date of arrival, you can send the defective items back or unit for free repair. Hifigo will be in charge of the maintenance handling fees and replacement charges for defective components found to be defective due to manufacturer’s defect. (this free repair rule does not apply to motherboard & screen).
This warranty extends only to personal use & does not extend to any product that has been used for commercial use, rental use, or use which is not intended. There are no warranties other than expressly set forth herein.

Returns or Exchange
Can I cancel an order?
Can I return the product that I don’t like and get refund?
Some items may be returned for either money back or exchange subject to the following conditions. Our policy is within 7days after receiving according to the tracking record. If 7 days after receiving have gone , unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Any item returned must be complete with all accessories, hardware, manuals or instructions, and in the same "new" condition as when it was when shipped to you. Please send us the photos or videos of it.
- Any item returned incomplete or with physical damage such as scratches etc., excessive signs of use or abuse will not be accepted for return.
- Any item returned will be evaluated upon receipt. Of course, we cannot give refunds on defective merchandise resulting from mishandling, misuse, tampering or improper use.

- Products must in “Good Condition” with no damaged in any way.
- To exchange a product, the product must be available to purchase on Hifigo.com and its price must be higher or equal to the original order amount.
