Will it work with iphone/ipad via lightening to USB C adapter?
You could make this work with a CCK to the supplied USB A adapter in the package. I am not sure if the Lightning to C will output USB Audio to the DAC. Thank you for your question.
Does this DAC support voice call function?
No. Audio from voice calls does not go through the DAC.
Will this work with iPhone and adapter?
Yes. This works with Apple Lightning to USB Camera Adapter.
Will this work with Samsung Note 10?
It initially was not recognized by my Note 10+ at all. But after installing the ibasso Dac control software from the playstore, it works fine. Excellent sound, but it does get warm.
Can this device convert audio to 384khz 32 bit DSD high resolution audio out.
Does it support volume and play/pause buttons on headphones (designed for Android)?
No, it doesn't
Does this have a lighting connector or something else???
Do you need to download any drivers for use with a Windows 10 computer???
In this case,if you bought it for your computer with windows 10 system, you don't need to download drivers can use it directly

A: Since shipping process involves multiple steps of coordination between internal and external parties, it doesn’t happen instantly. Usually tracking information will be listed on the next day of shipping confirm notification email/SMS.

Hifigo offers 1 year warranty for Consumer Electronic products and so on. Should your product prove to be defective for non-artificial reasons within 1 year from the date of arrival, you can send the defective items back or unit for free repair. Hifigo will be in charge of the maintenance handling fees and replacement charges for defective components found to be defective due to manufacturer’s defect. (this free repair rule does not apply to motherboard & screen).
This warranty extends only to personal use & does not extend to any product that has been used for commercial use, rental use, or use which is not intended. There are no warranties other than expressly set forth herein. This warranty is not transferable.

Can I return the product that I don’t like and get refund?
Some items may be returned for either money back or exchange subject to the following conditions. Our policy is within 7days after receiving according to the tracking record. If 7 days after receiving have gone , unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Any item returned must be complete with all accessories, hardware, manuals or instructions, and in the same "new" condition as when it was when shipped to you. Please send us the photos or videos of it.
- Any item returned incomplete or with physical damage such as scratches etc., excessive signs of use or abuse will not be accepted for return.
- Any item returned will be evaluated upon receipt. Of course, we cannot give refunds on defective merchandise resulting from mishandling, misuse, tampering or improper use.
