Updates in Fiio BTR5 compared to BTR3

The 300 mAh battery in the BTR3 takes only 1.5 hours to fully charge but allows for a lengthy 11 hours of playback! And 500mAh battery in BTR5 delivers 12 hours of playback with 2hours of quick charging.
3. Update DAC chip from AK4376A to Dual ES9218
Comparing with AK4376A DAC in the BTR3, Dual DAC ES9218 in BTR5 offers high resolution, clear and powerful output with low output impedance, while being very power efficient. This change not only has the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) increased, but distortion has also been reduced for greatly improved sound quality.
4. Fiio BTR5 Weighs a little more
BTR5 size is 72*32*11.3 while BTR3 size is 58*25*10.4mm. Because of increased battery capacity, the weight of BTR5 is increased to 43.7g from 25g but it is still very convenient to take out.
The one display that shows all – a major feature of the BTR5 is the crisp 0.49 inch 64x32 resolution OLED screen that displays pairing/connection/call status/power status/encoding format/volume. And with the display, you can call up a menu that allows you to visually view and adjust the charging status, enable car mode, change filters and EQ, etc.

Are the build in microphones isolated from the housing? That was the most annoying part on the ES100 for me while using the ambient mode on them. The use of ambient mode while listening to music is a great benefit at work. But the scratching noise of the housing is odd. Does the btr5 has similar function with mics?
The BTR5 doesn't have environment mode.
Does it auto connect with all available sources at the same time or the device that was used last time?
It could connect to 2 devices at the same time. But it could remember 8 sources it was connected to
How many sources can the BTR5 remember? I am still wishing for an easy switch between sources like the Apple Airpods can do

Q: When will you ship out the cargoes after payment?
A: Within 1 - 3 days except prominent note on the page for pre-sale items. If we cannot ship out in 1~ 3 days, we will let you know new shipping date at once and cancellation is available if you cannot accept that.
Q: I got a shipping confirmation and tracking number. Why don’t I have tracking information listed immediately?
A: Since shipping process involves multiple steps of coordination between internal and external parties, it doesn’t happen instantly. Usually tracking information will be listed on the next day of shipping confirm notification email/SMS.
Q: Why tracking information is not updated for a long time?
A: Usually it is on the way to your local country, pls be patient. If it is not updated a few days after arriving in your country, pls try to contact us or the carrier for additional information.

Hifigo offers 1 year warranty for Consumer Electronic products and so on. Should your product prove to be defective for non-artificial reasons within 1 year from the date of arrival, you can send the defective items back or unit for free repair. Hifigo will be in charge of the maintenance handling fees and replacement charges for defective components found to be defective due to manufacturer’s defect. (this free repair rule does not apply to motherboard & screen).
This warranty extends only to personal use & does not extend to any product that has been used for commercial use, rental use, or use which is not intended. There are no warranties other than expressly set forth herein. This warranty is not transferable.

- Damage due to accident, dis-assemble, waterlogmisuse, abuse, alterations or vandalism.
- Improper or inadequate maintenance.

Can I cancel an order?
Can I return the product that I don’t like and get refund?
Some items may be returned for either money back or exchange subject to the following conditions. Our policy is within 7days after receiving according to the tracking record. If 7 days after receiving have gone , unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Any item returned must be complete with all accessories, hardware, manuals or instructions, and in the same "new" condition as when it was when shipped to you. Please send us the photos or videos of it.
- Any item returned incomplete or with physical damage such as scratches etc., excessive signs of use or abuse will not be accepted for return.
- Any item returned will be evaluated upon receipt. Of course, we cannot give refunds on defective merchandise resulting from mishandling, misuse, tampering or improper use.
Can I exchange product I ordered?
- Products must in “Good Condition” with no damaged in any way.
- To exchange a product, the product must be available to purchase on Hifigo.com and its price must be higher or equal to the original order amount.
- The customer will have to pay the difference in price if s/he selects a product of a higher price.
- If you have purchased any items with any discount offered by a joint promotion or other promotional activities but the discount offer has expired at the time of the exchange, the discount shall not be taken into account.
